Can I refund a ticket or bundle purchase?

Yes! Simply head to the 'Attendees' tab of your event or bundle and click the red arrow 'Refund' button alongside the purchase you'd like to refund.

You will then refund the purchaser the full cost of their ticket.

Do note that our fee and that of Stripe, your payment processor, will not be refunded to you.
