If you create a one-off (not recurring) webinar in Zoom, you have the option of mandating registration. This can help reduce the risk that non-authorized people join your event, as every attendee gets their own unique joining link.

If you've enabled this for a webinar you then sell tickets to via Tixoom, we'll automatically register each attendee with Zoom - this synchronization happens seamlessly in the background.

The only thing to watch out for is you haven't configured any extra questions in the 'Questions' section. Check this by going to the webinar on Zoom, scrolling down to the bottom of the page and looking for "Registration Settings" on the "Invitations" tab, then clicking "Edit." Enable registration if needed, ensuring the 'Automatically Approve' option is chosen, then head to the 'Questions' tab - you should ensure that only 'Last Name' is ticked (along with first name and email which are mandatory.) Click 'Save' to ensure your choices have been saved by Zoom.

Once attendees get a ticket through Tixoom you'll be able to then see them appear on the 'Manage Attendees' list within Zoom - as well as the standard 'Attendees' tab in Tixoom.
