Why do I have a negative payout balance in Stripe?

To help you get paid quickly and securely, in the background Tixoom uses a payment processor called Stripe. We'll have helped you set up a Stripe account (or linked your existing one) when you first started issuing event tickets through Tixoom.

Your available Stripe balance may become negative if the cost of refunds or disputes is greater than the existing balance. To learn how to resolve negative balances, see Negative balances in Stripe: handling by country.
