What are Stripe's fees associated with disputes and chargebacks?

To help you get paid quickly and securely, in the background Tixoom uses a payment processor called Stripe. We'll have helped you set up a Stripe account (or linked your existing one) when you first started issuing event tickets through Tixoom.

There can be fees associated with disputes (if your customers believe you did not provide the service you promised) and chargebacks (if your customers ask their bank to return money that was paid to you.) To learn more, see Stripe’s Disputes and fraud help pages.
