Does Tixoom send attendees their ticket by email?

Yes, once someone buys a ticket to your event, or provides a donation, or gets a freebie, typically within 4 minutes they'll receive an email with details of your event as well as the unique Zoom joining link they'll need to participate.

We also attach a calendar invitation for the event, again featuring the unique Zoom joining link they'll need to participate (as the 'Location' of the event) to make it easy for them to add this to their calendar and be reminded of the event when it happens.

This email will be marked as coming from your name (as you set it in Tixoom on the "Settings" page) via Tixoom - for example it might be from "Jo's Yoga via Tixoom." All messages will appear to be sent from the email address [email protected] and this cannot be changed.
